How to unlock the cabinet

Enter your PIN Use the keypad on the lock and enter the temporary code from your receipt.

Listen for unlock When the lock accepts the PIN, open the cabinet and grab only the items you purchased.

Wrong number? Use backspace/clear if available, then enter the PIN again slowly.

Green beep A green light or happy beep means the lock accepted the code.

Relock when done Close the cabinet and make sure the lock is secured before walking away.

If the PIN does not work

Use the PIN help button on your receipt screen. It attaches your receipt automatically so the owner can review it.

If the lock closes early

Try the same PIN again before it expires. If it still does not open, submit the PIN help form.
